Sara Rós Frazier, Owner;
Sara Ros Frazier, originally from Iceland, moved to the United States in 2006 to study at Massage Therapy Institute in Sedona, AZ. In 2012 Sara became certified as a Manual Lymph Drainage therapist through the KLOSE Training Institute. In 2016 she completed her studies to become a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, which allows Sara to treat clients with Lymphedema and other chronic Edema related conditions. On February 1, 2013, Sara opened Therapeutic Indulgence in downtown South Bend. Sara’s passion for massage and wellness lead her to opening a fully accredited massage therapy school called Massage Academy at Therapeutic Indulgence in 2020. Now Sara proudly owns and operates both facilities, and uses her skills to teach and train new massage therapists in her specialties.
She now is at the full time professor at Massage Academy at Therapeutic Indulgence and no longer does client massages.

Connie received her certification at the American College Massage School in Elkhart, IN. She specializes in Hot Stone Massage, Prenatal Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Reflexology. Connie’s passion is helping others; its seeing their stress removed, a beaming smile or the thankfulness expressed on their face following their session that bring her happiness. Connie’s clients can expect sessions that are peaceful, relaxing, and provide relief of discomfort and everyday stress. Connie plans to pursue certifications in other massage modalities in the near future so she can provide a more well rounded experience to her clients. Something you may not know about Connie is that she is an avid lover of the outdoor sports, and enjoys slalom and water skiing.

Showing care, compassion, and hospitality to others is what Laura loves about the massage profession. She loves to care for each of her clients by helping them relax, de-stress, and ease physical tension. Laura completed her massage training from American College of Massage in 2016 and joined the Therapeutic Indulgence team shortly after. She enjoys giving relaxation, prenatal, and deep tissue massage, as well as reflexology. Outside of massage, Laura’s hobbies include reading, baking, and ice skating

Hailing from Chattanooga Tennessee, Réna officially became a Hoosier in 2012. Her love of science led her to pursue a degree in biotechnology. During this time she found herself wanting to help others in a way that went beyond the laboratory. Upon completion of her studies she dove head first into the healing arts of massage and bodywork where she found her passion in the trade graduating first in her class. Currently offering services in Swedish massage, hot stones, prenatal, and pediatrics she plans on refining her skills by obtaining certifications in cupping, sports massage, and manual lymph drainage to better serve the needs of her community.

Teresa’s background in the healing arts began in 1994, receiving National Certification for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and her LMT licensure. Her training includes a two year intensive training program and Certification with the Trager Institute, Basic and Advanced training with Dr. Hauschka Skin and Body Care, Rhythmical Lymphatic Massage, Swedish Massage, Connective Tissue Massage, Reflexology, Esthetics, and over 300 hours in continuing education hours. Her knowledge in holistic skin and body care are centered around a total experience of deep relaxation, balance, and regeneration of mind, body, and spirit.

Kaitlyn is a dedicated and skilled licensed massage therapist with over 2 years of professional experience. Born and raised in Mishawaka, her journey into the world of massage began with a desire to help others alleviate their discomfort and promote holistic well-being. Completing over 1000 hours of education/training at Ivy Tech's esteemed massage therapy program in Fort Wayne, this laid the groundwork for her career, enabling her to pass the MBLEX and earn her professional license. Her passion for massage is deeply rooted in her belief in the body's ability to heal itself when given the right conditions. She takes pride in creating a relaxing, calming environment where clients can feel safe to release their built-up tension and discomfort. Her approach is not only physical relief, it encompassses a holistic perspective that integrates the science behind Traditional Chinese Medicine and wellness practices. Kaitlyn offers a diverse range of massage modalities including relaxation, Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, prenatal, geriatric and sports massage. She is particularly known for her slow and mindful technique, which often incorporates elements of shiatsu. Outside of her professional life, Kaitlyn is an avid lover of breakfast foods, believing that a hearty start to the day fuels her for life and work. She enjoys immersing herself in the arts and movies, as well as rejuvenating outdoors in many forms.

Graduating from Creative Therapy School of Massage LLC in Saint Joseph, MI, She dedicate herself to personalizing every one of her massages, because no one's body is exactly alike! Specializing in deep tissue manipulation, She enjoys releasing tension in deeper tissue layers and focusing on trigger points to provide relief for those with chronic pain. She also performs Swedish massage techniques, hot stone massages, Reflexology, & prenatal massages. She plans to pursue many different certifications so that she can continue to provide the most diverse and effective care. In her spare time she spends most of it in nature- often hiking or foraging in Indiana and Michigan's forests, baking, & playing pickleball with her family.

A proud graduate of Creative Therapy School of Massage, with a deep passion for healing through touch. Specializing in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and reflexology. Addie blends technical knowledge with intuitive care to support both physical relief and long term strength. The journey into massage therapy began with a personal inspiration watching her mother, a dedicated nurse, recover from a broken ankle while teaching anatomy throughout the years. This early exposure, combined with hands on experience as a rehab specialist at a chiropractic clinic in 2022, sparked a lifelong pursuit of understanding the human body and its remarkable capacity to heal. Guided by the belief that “Healing flows like a river, strength endures like stone,” each session is more than just relaxation. It’s a step toward resilience and vitality. The goal is to help clients not only feel better but move better, live stronger, and reconnect with their bodies. Addie is now setting her sights on earning a doctorate in Chinese holistic medicine and acupuncture therapy, with the vision of integrating Eastern and Western approaches to create a more comprehensive, whole-body healing experience for her clients. Outside the treatment room. Addie’s time is spent enjoying outdoor adventures, working on vehicles, singing, dancing and always exploring new ways to stay active and expressive.

Brandy Rouch received her certification for Reiki I & II in 2022, Reiki III in 2023 and Reiki Master/Teacher in 2025 at Waterwood Healing Center in Kalamazoo, MI. Before she received her first Reiki session, she had no knowledge of the practice and was skeptical. After that first session, she was hooked and had to learn everything about it, which allowed her to fulfill a lifelong dream of helping others enrich their mind, body and spirit. She enjoys introducing Reiki to new clients and finds delight in facilitating this healing energy. She enjoys focusing on each client so that they can fully indulge in themselves for one blissful session of energy healing and relaxation.

For over 25 years, Kay worked in geriatrics and cared for some truly wonderful people. Throughout those years, she learned how important comfort, compassion, and human connection really are. As life evolved, she felt called to continue helping others in a different way, which led her to massage therapy.
Massage allows her to combine caring for people with creating a space where they can relax, heal, and reconnect with themselves. She especially loves helping clients feel better physically while also giving them a moment of peace from the stress of everyday life. To her, massage is more than a career — it's a meaningful way to continue caring for others and making a positive difference in their well-being.

After a heart breaking change, she decided to switch career paths and chose to be apart of the beauty world. She became licensed and certified by Expressions Beauty School and StayPrettyByLex was created in October 2022. She now has plans of becoming an esthetician or a beautician in the future. offers different beauty services for men and women. She is certified and licensed in all the services she provides to give you the best and most affordable results to make you happy. Lexi is always looking to further her education in all of the services she provides and will provide in the future.

Patti D - 500 R.Y. Therapist
Patti trained at Dancing Feet Yoga and Khalsa Way, and is Purna Yoga Certified. She specializes in Yoga Therapy, Prenatal Yoga, and Reiki, and enjoys addressing her clients’ individual needs during sessions. When asked what she loves about being a Yoga instructor at Therapeutic Indulgence, Patti says, “The wellness that clients receive from practice of yoga, and the improvements in health and stress reduction I can help them achieve.” Patti’s classes are taught with a focus on alignment and balance in both mind and body, specifically through attention to breath. In addition to teaching yoga, Patti is a real estate broker and an advanced rescue diver.
